🚫 Important Safety Reminder: No Batteries or Vapes in Your Bins

For everyone’s safety, please do NOT place batteries or vapes in any of your bins (general waste, recycling, organic or glass). These items can catch fire or explode when damaged during collection or processing, posing a risk to lives, damaging equipment, and disrupting waste services.

How to safely dispose:

Take used batteries and vapes to

• your local recycling centre,
• community collection point
• or a designated WEEE drop-off point.
