An easy way for you to keep track of your collection day is by signing up to our free text messaging service. Simply text BNM followed by your account number to 51000.

If you do not know your account number, please check your latest bill.

Please fill out the following form and a member of our Customer Care team will contact you within 1-2 working days to update your account details. Once your address has been updated, your new calendar will be available online and your collection day texts will be amended.
